I don't know this website. it is very recent and with a telephone number in the Emirate.
The best is to find a school. Take care with the "Brexit" the English will probably no longer be in EASA.
I don't know of a school with courses in English. Maybe others have this information.

After having acquired your Part66 you will have to pass an EASA eligible airplane training (QT).
Once done you will have to do a FCE (training to put your first QT on your Part66)

This is all a bit complex to explain quickly...

Please note that there is no Part 147 approved site that gives courses to get a Part 66 license.
On the other hand, there are some Part 147 schools that give partial access to courses. But the exams are done in situ
